Performance Collection Carpet Cushion Limited Warranty

At Foamex, we are committed to the highest level of product performance and customer satisfaction. To back up this commitment, we offer the exclusive Performance Warranty on all Performance grade products. Should your new Performance Product carpet cushion fail to provide satisfactory service under your new wall-to-wall carpet, we will replace it, free of charge, with a new carpet cushion of equal or greater value. The Performance Products Warranty also includes normal reinstallation charges*. We want you to enjoy your new carpet and to experience the satisfaction of knowing you've selected to very best!

*Limitations: This warranty applies to wall-to-wall installations only. A claim must be made by the original purchaser residing in the home where the original installation was made. The Performance warranty will become void if product was not installed in accordance with manufacturer's instructions. Labor charges are restricted to the local cost of replacing the carpet cushion only. No liability will be assumed for any consequential damage, loss or incidental expense prior authorization from a Foamex Representative is required for this warranty to apply.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above warranty limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
